If the quote is signed and accepted within 7 days… We will return after the 28-day cure and reseal your new concrete A Second Time FREE of Charge!
The day prior to our workers’ arrival, we will come by to door-knock the neighbours and let them know of our arrival, answer any questions, and leave a contact should they have any concerns or complaints.
We will also place initial barricades so our vehicles have the appropriate room to start the next day.
Rick and his crew will be there to cut, remove, and prepare the foundation.
With the right machinery, the job is relatively simple. Cut out the old concrete along the fault lines, indicative of where the rebar is. Once cut into sections, the large pieces can be removed for recycling.
There are two parts for preparation: the layer of base material and the rebar.
You can read more about how we ensure the highest quality of finished work.
Here is where Andy and Aria, our place and finish duo shine. To properly pour the concrete, you need the right equipment. We use an overhead pour from our friends at Over The Top that looks like a crane so the preparation work is undisturbed and stays strong without damaging it or the surrounding landscape. With premium concrete from Park Ready Mix, we can minimize any man-made problems from using poor quality materials.
The concrete should not be touched for a few days afterwards caution must be used.
For 28 days our orange barricades will stay in place to ensure no harm is done to your fresh concrete.
After those 28 days we will remove the barriers.
